We offer strong training programs that bring fresh, motivated workers into the community services sector. Participants have the chance to showcase their talents with local employers, helping meet the demand for quality staff.

Our full-time Certificate III and Certificate IV program includes a work experience component with local community service organisations. Before being accepted into the program, participants are carefully screened to ensure they are well-suited for the industry. Throughout their qualification, participants experience both the challenges and rewards of the sector. We match them with employers based on compatibility and location, and a high percentage of our graduates secure employment with the organisations they complete their work experience with.

In addition to hosting work experience placements, we also assist individuals and organisations in connecting with the new entrant traineeship scheme with other affiliated RTOs, which allows workers to learn and train while earning a wage. Employers can also access incentive payments to support the training of their new staff.
